Absolutely—when we’ve moved further into the consultation process, we’re happy to arrange a visit to a past jobsite. It’s a great way to see the quality of our work in person and hear directly from past clients.
4. Do you offer free consultations or site visits?
Yes. We offer a no-cost phone consultation to learn more about your project and answer any initial questions. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site visit—also at no cost to you.
5. Can you give me a ballpark estimate for my project?
We understand cost is important. However, because every home and scope is different, we don’t provide general estimates online. Once we understand your project and goals, we’ll offer clear, realistic pricing based on your specific needs.

Timelines vary based on project size and complexity. After the planning phase, we provide a detailed schedule so you know what to expect at every stage of construction.
7. Do I need plans before contacting you?
No. If you don’t already have drawings or a design plan, we can guide you through the process. We work closely with architects and designers to develop a scope that fits your home and goals.
8. How involved will I be during the project?
We prioritize communication and transparency. You’ll be involved in key decisions and updated regularly throughout the build. Our process ensures you're always in the loop.
9. Are you licensed, Bonded and insured?
